Exceptional! Dated 1932 Bluebirds Applique Quilt

What a wonderful find, you can put this on layaway for a Christmas present to yourself, or an amazing gift that would become an instant family heirloom, to pass down thru the generations.
 
This beauty is a pattern that was published as one different block per week in a midwest newspaper in the early 1930's.  This one is signed and dated, Edith M. Marsh, York PA 1932

It is EXPERTLY hand appliqued and then lavished with hand embroidered details. It is hand quilted at an incredible 9-10 stitches per inch. This quilter was highly skilled.
 
It measures a large 98 x 82".
 
Near mint condition, freshly handwashed and air dried.  There is one pindot spot that we found. No other issues. Clean, crisp, appears to have never been used (Which doesn't surprise us -could you imagine the time and effort that went into this?!)
 
Great greek key border finishes the garden.  Each block depicts the little bluebirds with a different, and unique flower.
 
These quilts rarely come to market, and in this condition, a wonderful find!
