A rare find, an album quilt top with acorn and leaf appliqued border. From Ohio. Beautiful fabrics from the civil war days, including a rich prussian blue.

Measures 87 x 88" and completely handmade with the tiniest of stitches. There is names in pen and ink in the center of the albums, somewhat faded from time. Six of the blocks have small tears as shown. Light age spotting noted from long term storage. A collector's piece!
