Lovely vintage patchwork quilt measures 66 1/2" x 92" and features a "cheater cloth" pattern in the small squares.  Handquilted at 7 stitches per inch on a 1 1/2" grid. Small pieces measure just 2 x 2". Hand bound. Appears to have never been used, light pencil marks remain where the quilter carefully marked her grid pattern. Near mint, we found a short gray line and a couple of pindots from long term storage. Crisp and lovely.  All cotton, vintage 1930-40s.
